South East Architect Services, Inc. was originally founded in Queens New York by Lawrence Kramer in 1966 under its original name, Lawrence Kramer, Architect P.A. In 1973, Lawrence opened South East Architect Services, Inc. in Plantation, Florida.
Lawrence passed away in 2021 leaving the company to his long-time partner of 17 years, Luis Julio Gonzalez Montaner. He continues to maintain the same spirit, ethical and moral values from which we were initially founded to support our clients in all future operations.
South East Architect Services, Inc. has provided the highest quality architectural services to this community for over 33 years. Our success within the community has enabled us in completed projects totaling over $1,000,000,000.00 worth of construction throughout the firm’s history. Our ability to satisfy our customers is evident due to the large number of repeat clients that request our services.
